Policy to establish the ability for items to be placed on the agenda for board discussion and parameters for visitor comments.

Pursuant to the authority given by Title One, Section 25(8), of the Oklahoma Statutes as well as the Permanent Rules of the OAB, the following policy was adopted on November 16, 2021 and went into effect on November 17, 2021.

Policy to establish fines for late filings.

Pursuant to the authority given by Title One, Section 25(8), of the Oklahoma Statutes as well as the Permanent Rules of the OAB, the following policy was adopted on March 11, 2010 and went into effect on September 1, 2010, with the amendment on individual licenses going into effect January 8, 2011.

Policy to Establish Fines for Late Filings

Declaratory rulings issued by the OAB

March 10, 2011 - Do abstract offices have the ability to refuse to build a new abstract with the knowledge an abstract exists with invoices due?
June 17, 2014 - Can American Eagle Title & Abstract in Tulsa County, Oklahoma issue Federal Court Certificates or certify as to Federal Court proceedings.
