Pursuant to the authority given by Title One, Section 25(8), of the Oklahoma Statutes as well as the Permanent Rules of the OAB, the following policy was adopted on November 16, 2021 and went into effect on November 17, 2021.
Policy to establish fines for late filings.
Pursuant to the authority given by Title One, Section 25(8), of the Oklahoma Statutes as well as the Permanent Rules of the OAB, the following policy was adopted on March 11, 2010 and went into effect on September 1, 2010, with the amendment on individual licenses going into effect January 8, 2011.
