The OAB is now offering online licensing. Use the portal link below for anything involving Abstract Licenses, Permits and Certificate of Authorities. If you already have a license you should already be in the system with the email that we have for you and all you will need to do is reset your password. If you need help with the portal please email ayla.harper@abstract.ok.gov
We are also still providing many forms, applications for Abstract Licenses, Certificate of Authority, Permits, Bond and Complaints to download, complete them and mail the forms to our office.
We have now added our new time based and page based fee schedules as well as the an instruction sheet. Both forms are in pdf format as well as Word in a "fillable" format. The Board felt that it would be easier for you to fill them out on your computer if you had the Word version available.
We have also added the Final Title Report form along with instructions. This is also in a pdf format as well as Word. You may open the Word version and save it on your computer to work on.
