If you have received a Notice and Order of Revocation from Service Oklahoma and need to complete IDAP to regain driving privileges, select "Apply for IDAP Enrollment Guide" to begin the process.

The guide provides interlock provider information, program rules, and the pathway to complete enrollment and obtain lawful driving privileges while you are participating in the program.

When you have reached the tentative completion date for your program (found on the Confirmation of IDAP Enrollment), you may request review for a Certificate of Completion.
