Agency Rate Packet

A new and improved Agency Rate Packet experience.

The Agency Rate Packet provides updated annual billing documentation for shared services and products to meet OMES’ ongoing commitment to transparent reporting.

True-ups are now performed twice yearly to increase accuracy and visibility. By making these projections available a full quarter earlier than previous budget cycles, OMES aims to spend more time working with agencies to receive feedback, make any necessary adjustments and come to an agreement.

Step 1 - Cycle 1 True-Up
September
Baseline draft quantities with potential rate adjustments posted to the STAR, along with detail file for agency review.
Step 2 - Cycle 2 True-Up
December
Updated draft quantities with potential rate adjustments posted to the STAR, along with detail file for agency review.
Step 3 - Cycle 3 True-Up
March
Updated draft quantities with final rate adjustments posted to the STAR, along with detail file for agency review.
Step 4 - Agency Review
March to April 15th
Agencies review draft quantities and submit change requests by April 15th (or first business day following), via email to OMES Account Representatives. Any request submitted after April 15th, will be reviewed and processed based on true-up frequency ability.
Step 5 - Cycle 4 True-Up
June
Final quantities based on agency feedback posted to STAR, along with detail file for agency review.
Step 6 - Agency Execution
July
Agencies sign Appendix C.
Step 7 - Monthly Billing
August
Billing to agencies for services rendered in July.
