SH-3/NW Expressway traffic shifts for bridge construction operations
SH-3/NW Expressway traffic will shift to the westbound lanes with one lane in each direction remaining open daily between N. Morgan Rd. and W. Hefner Rd. from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and again from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily Sunday, Sept. 13, through Wednesday, Sept. 16, for bridge construction operations on the I-344/John Kilpatrick Turnpike. Traffic will return to its normal configuration outside project hours.
