I-44/Turner Turnpike shoulder closes at Kickapoo Turnpike Monday night
The westbound I-44/Turner Turnpike shoulder will be closed at Kickapoo Turnpike (mm 149) from 7 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday for pavement testing.
I-44/Turner Turnpike narrows between US-177 and SH-18 Chandler nightly
Eastbound I-44/Turner Turnpike will be narrowed to one lane between US-177 and SH-18 (mm 167) in Chandler from 8 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday and continuing nightly Monday-Friday through early October for pavement resurfacing.
I-44/Turner Turnpike narrows just east of I-35 Tuesday morning
Westbound I-44/Turner Turnpike will be narrowed to one lane just east of I-35 at mm 138 from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday for surface repairs in the work zone. Expect delays and use extra caution in the area.
I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike narrows near Vinita Tuesday
Westbound I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike will be narrowed to one lane at mm 288 just west of US-60 at Vinita from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday for brush clearing in the right-of-way.
I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike narrows near Afton Tuesday
Eastbound I-44/Will Rogers Turnpike will be narrowed to one lane at US-60/US-59 at Afton (mm 302) from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday for surface repairs.
SH-364/Creek Turnpike narrows at 96th St. through Wednesday
Eastbound SH-364/Creek Turnpike will be narrowed to one lane between the eastbound 96th St. off-ramp and the eastbound Olive St. off-ramp through 3:30 p.m. Wednesday for safety device repairs.
SH-351/Muskogee Turnpike narrows at SH-165 Tuesday
Westbound SH-351/Muskogee Turnpike (runs north) will be narrowed to one lane at mm 42 just south of SH-165/Peak Blvd./Hancock St. from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday for cable barrier repairs.
US-412/Cimarron Turnpike narrows west of SH-18
Westbound US-412/Cimarron Turnpike is narrowed to one lane between mm 34-32 about 3 miles west of SH-18 through 3:30 p.m. Friday for surface repairs.
US-412/Cimarron Turnpike narrows east of SH-99 through Friday afternoon
Eastbound US-412/Cimarron Turnpike will be narrowed to one lane between mm 49-51 about 2 miles east of SH-99 through 3 p.m. Friday for surface repairs.
US-412/Cherokee Turnpike ramp closes at SH-10 Monday night
Eastbound US-412/Cherokee Turnpike on-ramp from SH-10 will be closed from 10 p.m. Monday to 2 a.m. Tuesday for tolling equipment repairs.
Speed reductions in place on I-44 frontage roads and Portland Ave. in Newcastle
As part of the construction of the future Toby Keith Expressway interchange with I-44 and SH-37 in Newcastle, the following speed reductions are in place:
- The northeast and southeast I-44 frontage roads will have reduced speed limits between N.E. 24th St. and N.E. 34th St. through late 2027.
- Portland Ave. will have a reduced speed limit between N.E. 24th St. and N.E. 34th St. through fall 2026.
