The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) has experienced network outages over the last six days that have limited customer’s ability to access account information online.
These outages were a result of unexpected challenges encountered while the OTA was upgrading its hardware to provide better support for online account activity and information. At no time was account information affected and the security and integrity of account information has not been impacted.
The OTA continues to work to restore Pikepass dot com and other customer service functions including call center, store activity and tag agent-related services. Please check the Turnpike Authority’s Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.
