As discussed at the working meetings for the Gilcrease Turnpike in Tulsa, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is sending out a Request for Information (RFI) from those interested parties for a public-private partnership for the Gilcrease Turnpike.
The RFI response period is currently open and closes on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. More information concerning the RFI can be found at www.pikepass.com and clicking on the link. The Request for Information (RFI) has been issued to known vendors and financial institutions seeking input related to the financial benefits and project delivery opportunities that might be presented by a public-private partnership.
The OTA is partnering with the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, the Indian Nations Council of Governments (“INCOG”), the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) and the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”), to complete the western section of the Gilcrease Expressway.
