WALTERS, OK (June 18, 2018) — Today, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) opened a new PIKEPASS store on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike at the Walters Service Plaza. The store is at the location of the former Oklahoma Tourism Center and will be open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
“This new location will allow us to serve Southwest Oklahoma better,” said OTA Director Tim Gatz. “Opening a new PIKEPASS store is an example of how we continually listen to our customers and find ways to constantly improve customer service.”
The new PIKEPASS store is a full-service location. Customer service agents will staff the store and be available to help customers open accounts, add or replace a PIKEPASS and pay their PIKEPASS bill.
“Our PIKEPASS stores serve an important role as the first point of contact customers have with OTA,” Gatz said. “The new store will serve as a vital part of our organization by offering friendly, face-to-face customer service that helps us achieve our mission of providing safe, convenient and efficient travel across Oklahoma.”
