The Vinita on/off ramps in both directions to the Will Rogers Turnpike will see overnight closures over the next couple of weeks for bridge work.
The closures are part of a project to fix joints in the exit ramp bridge over the turnpike. The ramps will be closed overnight only beginning Monday, June 18 through Thursday, June 21 at 7:30 p.m. and will reopen at 5 a.m. each day.
Additional closures of the on/off ramps will take place Monday, June 25 through Thursday, June 28 from 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.
Motorists wishing to travel to Vinita must use the Afton exit if traveling westbound and take State Highway 60/69 to State Highway 60 into Vinita. For those traveling eastbound, motorists should exit at Big Cabin and take State Highway 69 North to State Highway 60 East.
