  • Contact a local mental health provider by working with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services at oklahoma.gov
  • Find a local "after school" or "parents day out" program. Visit your local YMCA, Boys and Girls Club or faith-based organization to learn more.
  • Visit a local park or walking trail to get some sunshine and steps.
