Subject: New Online Application for ADvantage and SPPC Services

Date:  August 24, 2021

The Medicaid Services Unit (MSU) is excited to announce the launch of our new Online Application. This new site should be used to submit referrals for all individuals requesting to apply for ADvantage and/or SPPC and for existing Members wishing to transition between programs. Referrals will no longer be accepted via a PQ in the Harmony system.
