Constanzia Nizza currently serves as Chief of Operational Excellence at the Office of Juvenile Affairs. For more than a decade, Constanzia has been committed to promoting the well-being of Oklahoma’s youth and families. Her passion for public service was cultivated during her time as a program manager of the Foster Care and Adoption Support. She has provided consultation and technical assistance to numerous state-wide child welfare training initiatives, supported system improvements, and been a strong policy advocate. Personally, Constanzia takes great pride in being her nieces’ and nephews’ favorite Auntie and looks forward to a lifetime of service in a state she is proud to call home.
