 SSI-DCP is a program which provides services to children who receive a Supplemental Security Income payment from SSI.

No, this is not a SoonerCare benefit. This funding is from Title V of the Social Security Act, Maternal Child Health Act which is a block grant funding approved on a yearly basis by the Federal Government.

Eligibility

Any child who receives a SSI disability payment  from the Social Security Administration and who is between the age of birth and age 18.
