Dear Provider:
We’ve come to the final phase of the SB1120 compliance reporting, as mandated by the Oklahoma State Legislature. I want to take a moment to thank you for your time and cooperation over the past few months in fulfilling this important requirement, as these duties are always time consuming. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to this project.
The Oklahoma Department of Human Services is required to verify provider agency compliance with the Legislature’s intent that a minimum of 70% of the rate increase will be provided for wages and benefits to direct support staff who provide home and community-based services in Developmental Disabilities Services programs. Attached you will find the SB1120 compliance form for you to complete. There is also a report of your agency’s detail of billable hours / days for the time period, October 2013 through June 2014. The compliance form has your agency’s baseline information, Interim information, and billable hours / days for the final reporting period already entered. Please complete the Total column for Services and / or Group Homes. The completed form can be emailed to:
