Temporary Rate Increase

Administrative Letter 21-05

Dear Provider:

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) was approved for a retroactive rate increase for the time period of April 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020. Claims submitted during this time will be recycled by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority. There is nothing additional for providers to submit. However, in order to receive the rate adjustment for this time period, all claims from April 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020 need to be submitted by January 1, 2021.

The attached sheets have the service codes for the rate adjustment.
