Job coaching Letter

Administrative Letter 21-03
Dear Provider:
Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) was approved effective October 1, 2020 to increase provider rates for Individual Placement in Job Coaching and to add rates for group sizes in Job Coaching and Enhanced Job Coaching services.
These rates changes support DDS True North Goal 1: Empower and Support Oklahomans with developmental disabilities to live independently and work in competitive integrated employment in their communities. It was developed in conjunction with our community partners who share this vision.
The current rate for Job Coaching and Enhanced Job Coaching remains the same but serves groups with a maximum of 5 individuals per group.

| Job Coaching (Groups of 4-5) | T2019 TF | $3.47 per 15 minute units ($13.88hr) |
| Job Coaching (Groups of 2-3) | T2019HQ | $3.75 per 15 minute units ($15.00hr) |
| Enhanced Job Coaching Services (Groups of 2-3) | T2019TG-HQ | $4.32 per 15 minute units ($17.28hr) |
| Enhanced Job Coaching Service (Groups of 4-5) | T2019 TG | $4.04 per 15 minute units ($16.16hr) |
