Provider Letter Rate Decrease

Dear Provider,
Effective September 1, 2015 rates for state funded services will be reduced in order for OKDHS/DDS to continue to comply with the Oklahoma Constitution, Article X, Section 23 which prohibits a state agency from spending more money than is allocated.
The new rates are described and outlined below.
Group Home

Please update your billing process to reflect the rate decrease for services provided on or after September 1, 2015. Any billings submitted for services at the previous rate on or after the effective date of the decrease will be paid at the lower rate.In the next week, you will receive modifications to review and sign.Please return these timely.
