Dear Provider:

Re: Increase in class member contribution

Effective July 1, 2022 the contribution rate for class members has increased to $23.00 per day up to a maximum 90% of the $841 standard SSI payment. Currently, the maximum daily rate is calculated at $24.88 based on 365 days at the current SSI rate of $841.  If a class member is unable to meet the required amount, DHS may supplement the difference.  If you have someone that requires this exception, please reach out to Beverly Murray @ Beverly.Murray@okdhs.org for review.  The change from $20 to $23 is not retroactive and has an effective date of July 1, 2022.
