- Center for Learning and Leadership, A University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (CLL/UCEDD): The CLL is Oklahoma's federally designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). The CLL/UCEDD is a member of a national network of 68 UCEDDs funded in part by a competitive core grant award from the U.S. Administration on Community Living, Office on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
