Required Training Sessions for Supervisory Staff
ISSUE:
Provider Question is receiving an average of 124 Harmony questions a day! However, last week's attendance at the Lunch & Learn totaled only 85 participants out of 1,714 Harmony users!
RESOLUTION:
The MSU-AA needs everyone to attend these Lunch & Learns as frequently as possible. Beginning this Wednesday, September 19th, the regularly scheduled Lunch and Learn sessions will now be required attendance for all supervisory staff. Meetings are held every Wednesday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Each agency is required to have at least one supervisory staff in attendance from each case management agency and one nurse in attendance from each home care agency. These staff should be Harmony users who are able and willing to share information and serve as a resource to other agency staff.
Attendance is still recommended for all other Harmony users as well.
Discussions will include how to submit your plans, documents and changes and get them approved during the first submission through Harmony. This will help to fulfil everyone's goal of getting services to our ADvantage Members! Don't miss it!
