Provider Update: August 3, 2018

Subject: Reminder of Important Harmony Implementation Dates

The "Go-live" date for the MSU-AA and the provider community to begin using the new Waiver Information Management System (WMIS), Harmony, will occur on August 27, 2018.  This will be the first phase of the deployment, where providers will begin using the system for servcie plan processing, and data management. 

There will be a second phase of the implemenation, where 837 claim files will be adjudicated and  then sent from the Harmony system to OHCA for billing.   Billing from Harmony will not begin until October 2018.  Please be sure to remind all staff of these two very important dates.
