CD-PASS Update: Public Partnerships Enrollment and Payroll Processing

The ADvantage Administration has received significant feedback from Case Managers, Members, and Personal Service Assistants about the enrollment and customer services at Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL). As a result, PPL has been taking significant steps to resolve reported issues, modifying the enrollment and customer service processes in order to better meet the needs of our Members.

As the primary link to Members, it is clear that Case Managers and Supervisors would benefit from up-to-date information about how the enrollment and customer service process should work.  Public Partnerships, LLC, in coordination with the ADvantage Administration, is hosting a web-based training for Case Managers and Supervisors on these processes
