Subject: Retroactive Rate Increase Attestation
Date: December 14, 2021
Oklahoma Human Services is pleased to announce a retroactive rate increase equal to 20% of claims for the period beginning January 1, 2021 through March 31, 2021. The retroactive rate increases are designed to assist providers in recruiting and retaining staff in this highly competitive labor market.
In order to participate in the retroactive rate increase, providers must sign and return the attached attestation regarding the use of funding provided under the retroactive rate increase. Funding for the retroactive rate increase may only be used for the following purposes:
1. Employee wages and benefits
2. Overtime and or hazard pay
3. Recruitment or attendance bonuses
4. Other incentive pay
5. Health and safety costs
6. Other payroll related costs
