Subject:ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes Missing in AuthentiCare
It has recently come to the attention of MSU-AA that some Member entities in the AuthentiCare system are missing an updated ICD-10 diagnosis code. In addition, a few Member entities have no ICD-10 diagnosis code and the field is blank. This information can be found on the Client Entity Setting page here:
MSU-AA requests that agencies complete the field in AuthentiCare using the diagnosis code in the Harmony system. This can be found in the Member Chapter under the Diagnosis Tab.
If there is no diagnosis code in the Harmony system, please send a PQ, inquiry type- "Dx Code Issue" in Harmony so that MSU-AA staff can research and add the appropriate code to Harmony. Once the code is added to Harmony you will be able to update the AuthentiCare system.
