This is a reminder that ADvantage and Fiserv are offering another opportunity for Providers to train on the AuthentiCare Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
This webinar will be offered from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021. Topics covered will include- AuthentiCare: From Provider Access to Claims Export, Reports, Scheduling and Mobile Application Troubleshooting documents, and a review of the Self-Service Password Reset.
