Medicaid Services Update

Subject:  Member Surveys through OSU - National Core Indicators-Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD)

Date:  October 20, 2021

As announced on May 26, 2021, Oklahoma has partnered with Oklahoma State University (OSU) to conduct NCI-AD surveys.  Whitney Bailey, PhD. and her team of NCI-AD trained surveyors, including Jennifer Weston and Hannah James, contact and invite randomly selected Members to participate by their choice of phone or videoconference.  

Please inform ALL STAFF of this ongoing project so they can validate its legitimacy if contacted.  As a reminder, interview results are combined for each survey year and will not reveal identifying member or provider information. 

The Member’s choice to participate in the survey will not impact services received.  Survey results will provide valuable, collective input for the improvement of services in Oklahoma.
