The Regional Provider Training Webinars present information about process improvements, system updates, and maintaining critical focal points while continuing to navigate challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are offering two opportunities to attend the live webinar in consideration of Providers' busy schedules. Attendees, please only register for one Webinar. The material covered will be the same each day.

Offerings for the Fall 2020 MSU Regional Provider Webinars will include:

  • Provider Audits - New Processes/Improvements (ADH, AL, CM, HC & SPPC).
  • EVV - Updates, Improvements, Webinars, Trends and Changes
  • CD-PASS - Updates, Improvements, Webinars, Trends and Changes
  • ADvantage Updates – Standard Naming Convention & Service Plan Reminders

NOTE: Participants will need to have account access to Zoom Meeting and OKLMS.org for training materials access. The Zoom Meeting link will be emailed by OU-CPM to registered participants.

Who Should Attend?
Agency Directors, Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors, Trainers, Home Care Providers, Home Care Nurses, Assisted Living Providers, Adult Day Health Providers, and those responsible for scheduling, continuous quality improvement, as well as ADvantage certified Providers of specialized medical equipment and supplies, and home delivered meals.

Why should I attend?
The information presented is crucial to how Providers will successfully conduct business as it relates to the ADvantage program.
