Subject: Program Stakeholder Engagement Meeting Invitations - Electronic Visit Verification Mandate – 21st Century CURES Act Section 12006

Medicaid Services Unit – ADvantage AdministrationLeadership requests that during the next 45 days (ending September 20th) Case Managers deliver the attached invitation to Members, Member families and Members advocates. It is an invitation to attend a live presentation to garner feedback on the implementation of the federally mandated Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirement.  This invitation should be delivered during your monthly visits. The live meetings will coincide with the Regional Provider Trainings.

Session A is intended for Providers Only.

Regional Provider Training Session A is a Provider only training and stakeholder meeting. The Agenda is being finalized. Topics may include EVV use across programs and DME updates.

Dates and times were announced in the bulletin sent 08/9/2019.

Session B is intended for Members, and their families, friends and caregivers.

Dates, times and locations are as follows for Session B:

  • September 23, 1-4pm – McAlester Eastern Oklahoma State College, Auditorium; 1802 College Ave, McAlester, OK 74501 Clark Bass Building  OR
  • September 24, 1-4pm – DHS Skyline Building, Room 5800; 6128 E 38th St. Tulsa OK 74135 1-4pm OR
  • September 25, 1-4pm – JD McCarty Center, Auditorium; 2002 E. Robinson St. Norman, OK 73071 OR
  • September 26, 1-4pm – Great Plains Technology Center; Building 700, room 701, 4500 SW Lee Blvd, Lawton, OK 73505
