Subject:Healthcare Innovations Private Services Name Change to Elara Caring

Effective July 31, 2019, Healthcare Innovations Private Services is now Elara Caring. All service plans have now been systematically changed to read Elara Caring.  As new service lines are submitted in Harmony, please utilize the name Elara Caring.
