Subject: Harmony Library Site
Date: August 4, 2020
A New Harmony "Library Site" is now accessible under the Tasks Column on the My Harmony Chapter in Harmony.
This Library Site will take the place of the "Harmony Training Hub" that we have previously used on the Harmony Project Web Page, located on the DHS website. The Training Hub will be removed from the Harmony Project website in the coming days.
In addition, a GovDelivery notice will be issued on a weekly basis (Friday) to include a list of any new/updated documents that were added to the site that week. The actual documents will no longer be sent via Bulletin through GovDelivery. *If no changes were made to the site that week, a Friday notice will not be sent.
The "Library Site" will contain job sheets, videos, and other tools related to Harmony and ADvantage Waiver and State Plan Personal Care in general.
After you click on "Library Site" under the Tasks column you will then select the "Medicaid Services Unit (MSU)" folder.
The "List view" icon in the top right-hand corner of the page under the Sign In option may be selected if the user prefers to view the folders in a list view. 
Users may choose to open documents from the appropriate folder or they may use the "MSU Library Site Directory" to review a listing of information under each folder.
From the Directory users have the ability to click on the folder name to navigate directly to the appropriate folder for the document in which they would like to review and/or download
The MSU Library Site Directory will be updated, with a listing of the current date, each time a new or updated document/video is added.
Please note that the Harmony Updates, Known Issues, and Tips that were previously distributed on occasion will be stored in the Library Site and updated as changes occur.
