Subject: Assisted Living Case Manager Training Registration 

Date: June 4, 2020

Registration is now available for Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members.  It is recommended that Case Managers have at least 6 months experience with traditional ADvantage case management prior to taking this additional certification training.  Case Managers must successfully complete this training to be certified to serve an ADvantage Assisted Living Member.  

This training will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020, from 8:30am – 4:30pm via Zoom meeting. Scheduled breaks will be provided.  Each participant will need to have access to a computer (desktop or laptop) with reliable internet service, microphone and camera as well as the Zoom Meeting application loaded.

The training is open to all Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors.  All Case Management agencies must have a certified Case Manager Supervisor and a certified Case Manager before their agency is eligible to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members.

Assisted Living Providers are also invited to attend this training for a general overview of the Assisted Living services option and the Case Manager's role in assisting Assisted Living Members.
