Medicaid Services Update

Subject: Retroactive Rate Adjustment Remit Delay for Case Management Services

Date: May 18, 2022

The Medicaid Services Unit learned today that Case Management services were not included in today’s remit for the retroactive rate adjustment. This has been addressed at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority and we have been advised the rate adjustments will appear next Wednesday, 5/25/2022.

Please be advised the MSU does not have access to claim details for this payment, so inquiries should be directed to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority at: ProvReimb@okhca.org
