Medicaid Services Update

To:  All ADvantage Case Management, Home Care, Hospice, Adult Day Health, Assisted Living and Nursing Facility Respite Providers

Subject:  Retroactive Rate Adjustment Remit Date

Date:  May 12, 2022

The Medicaid Services Unit would like to inform providers of the types named above that the retroactive rate adjustment (20% rate increase for approved paid claims) for two time periods – July 1, 2021 through Sept 30, 2021, and Oct 1, 2021 through Dec 31, 2021 – is tentatively scheduled to appear on your agencies’ May 18, 2022 remits.  We will update you if there are any changes in this schedule.

Please be advised the MSU does not have access to claim details for this payment, so inquiries should be directed to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority at:  ProvReimb@okhca.org
