Medicaid Services Update

To:  All ADvantage Providers

Subject: Critical Incident Process Improvement Training

Date:  May 12, 2022

Certified ADvantage provider staff are required to report critical incidents involving the health and welfare of ADvantage Waiver Members to the Oklahoma Human Services Medicaid Services Unit (MSU).

MSU ADvantage is offering Critical Incident Process Improvement training via live webinar.  The training is required for Agency CQI Representatives and Case Manager Supervisors; and is highly recommended for anyone responsible for reporting critical incidents.  The new Incident Report policy and procedures will be released soon and will be reviewed during the live webinar.

There are three opportunities to attend this live webinar.  Only one webinar needs to be attended, as the same information will be covered at each session.

Webinars will be offered Tuesday May 17, 2022 from 9:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 4:00pm, or Tuesday May 24, 2022 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
