Subject:Harmony Lunch & Learn Webinars
The Medicaid Services Unit (MSU) has added four additional dates for Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions and Lunch and Learn (L&L) sessions. Providers will need to re-register for these sessions in order to receive the reminders.
These past months since Harmony Go-Live, MSU training has focused on Case Management and Home Care/Assisted Living because they are the users who frequent Harmony the most, however, upcoming Summer Lunch and Learn sessions will focus on additional topics including Specialty Providers (6/19).

• 5/8/19 12:00pm to 1:00pm – Harmony Q&A Session (no prepared presentation)
• 5/22/19 12:00pm to 1:00pm – Harmony L&L TBD
• 6/5/19 12:00pm to 1:00pm – Harmony Q&A Session (no prepared presentation)
• 6/19/19 12:00pm to 1:00pm – Harmony L&L TBD
