Subject:Assisted Living Case Manager Training Registration
Registration is now available for Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members on their caseload. You must successfully complete this training to be certified to carry an ADvantage Assisted Living case.
This training will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the DHS Skyline Building in Tulsa, OK. Seating for this training is limited and will be on a first to register basis.
This training is open to all Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to attend and receive certification. All Case Management agencies must have a certified Case Manager Supervisor and a certified Case Manager before their agency may carry Assisted Living Members on their caseload.
