Subject: MSU Quarterly Provider Training

Date: April 27, 2021

MSU Quarterly Training offers information about process improvements, system updates, and maintaining critical focal points. The information presented is crucial to how Providers will successfully conduct business as it relates to the ADvantage and State Plan Personal Care programs. 

Two opportunities will be given for Providers to attend the next MSU Quarterly Provider Training. The training is being held virtually Wednesday, May 19, 2021 OR Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Logon/check-in begins at 8:45 a.m. Attendees should only register for one day of training as the material covered will be the same both days.  After registering, participants will be emailed information about joining the virtual training via Zoom. Participants will need to join from a computer with a stable internet connection. Having access to computer audio with microphone and video camera is recommended. The audio portion may be joined from a telephone if necessary by simply following the prompts on the screen.

Who Should Attend? - While all ADvantage and SPPC Providers are encouraged to participate, this quarter’s meetings will focus primarily on information regarding Case Management, Home Care, Assisted Living, Hospice and Adult Day Health. Those who should attend include Agency Directors, Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors, Trainers, Home Care Providers, Home Care Nurses, Assisted Living Providers, Adult Day Health Providers, and those responsible for scheduling and continuous quality improvement.
