Effective immediately, retainer payments are not approved or authorized for ADvantage Members who missed PCA visits due to COVID-19.  Please immediately discontinue the use of Activity Code 62-Retainer Payment for web claims in Authenticare. Further consideration and financial analysis are being conducted to determine the feasibility of these payments.

We apologize for the confusion caused by the previous April 15, 2020 Medicaid Services Update communication. The bulletin had been prepared in draft format and was inadvertently released without final executive approval.
