Date: April 4, 2022
Dear ADvantage Case Managers:
Pulsewrx, a mobility and accessibility company based out of Ohio, recently presented to the Long Term Care Quality Initiatives and Living Choice Advisory Council on potential services for the OK LifeLine Wireless Program. Based on that presentation and the interest of various state and service organizations, the Council is hosting a forum to establish collaboration and identify next steps for this initiative.
The meeting is scheduled for April 13, 2022. Two sessions will be available with both in-person and Zoom participation. On-site seating is limited to a maximum of 90 and Zoom participation is limited to 100 individual log-ins. The first session is 9 am to 11:30 am and the second from 1 pm to 3:30 pm. For on-site participants, the meeting will be held at the OU School of Nursing located at the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing in Oklahoma City.
We look forward to meeting with you to discuss the exciting opportunities this communication service might provide waiver members in enabling long-term connectivity with family and friends (a determinant of health and well-being), and access to health care providers, government resources, technology services, and more.
Registration may be accessed at https://forms.office.com/g/E3HDbc9GJM or
On-site meeting details and parking permit, or the Zoom meeting link, will
be emailed to participants upon processing of registration.
