Subject: Addressing COVID-19 –Provider Training

During this unprecedented time we are doing what we can to keep the people of Oklahoma safe and to restrict the overall spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Beginning for the April 6-10 ADvantage Case Management Orientation Training (CMOT), all training will be held virtually so that we can help get new Case Manager (CM) candidates certified to provide ADvantage Case Management services. 

MSU will email the agency contact an ADvantage CMOT manual and provided a Zoom link to join the training via computer.  Each participant will need to have access to a computer (desktop or laptop), with Zoom Meeting loaded, and stable access to the internet.

To ease some of the burden for providers, ADvantage CMOT applicants may attend training after a one-week mentoring period with an experienced Case Manager and must receive CMOT no later than 10 business days following the first date of service as a CM. 

To register for ADvantage CMOT please submit registration through the Provider Question chapter in Harmony as normal.
