Recently we have become aware of situations that may have been prevented with regular “eyes on” monitoring of Members and their living environment. Until home visits can resume normally, please use video telehealth visits (FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, etc.) for all Member monitoring contacts whenever possible. By doing so we hope concerns can be identified and addressed timely. If you have questions about the above information, or about a specific Member’s circumstances, please submit a PQ through Harmony.
