This is a reminder that ADvantage and Fiserv are offering an opportunity for Providers to train on the AuthentiCare Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
This webinar will be offered from 9:30am to 12:00pm, on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Topics covered will include- AuthentiCare: From Provider Access to Claims Export, Reports, Scheduling, and Mobile Application Troubleshooting documents, and a review of the Self-Service Password Reset.
