Subject:  Assisted Living Case Manager Training Registration

Date:  February 19, 2021

Registration is now available for Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members.  You must successfully complete this training to be certified to carry an ADvantage Assisted Living case.

This training will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, via Zoom meeting.  The number of attendees for this training is limited and will be on a first-to-register basis.

This training is open to all Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to attend and receive certification.  All Case Management agencies must have a certified Case Manager Supervisor and a certified Case Manager before their agency may carry Assisted Living Members on their caseload.

Please note: ADvantage has newly contracted Assisted Living facilities coming on contract in Ponca City, Enid, Bixby, Muskogee, and Duncan at this time.  If your agency covers any of these areas and your case managers are not yet certified to serve Assisting Living Members, please have your case managers attend this training.
