Subject:UCAT III Updates

The UCAT III in Harmony has been updated with the following changes:

1.      MSQ Section:

The logic on the questions that deal with counting backwards and stating months in reverse order have been updated to have the user indicate "Yes" on any missed or out of order responses. Previously the instructions indicated to select "No" if incorrect. The change to update this to "Yes" is to bring the logic in line with the questions on the UCAT III in the ELDERS system used by the DHS Nurses.

• Count backwards from 20 to 1 (indicate missed/out of order number by selecting "Yes" in the drop down next to missed number

• Say the months in reverse order. For ease in scoring, start with the month of December Indicate missed or out of order months by selecting "Yes" in the drop down next to the missed month.
  

There are also a few questions in the MSQ area that are specific to the UCAT III created in the ELDERS system by the DHS nurse and converted to the Harmony system. These questions have been made read only as they are not required when the user creates the UCAT III in the Harmony system.

2.      Several comment areas have been enlarged so that scrolling to read the documentation in the specific field will no longer be required.

3.      Logic in the background has been corrected due to some issues that were calculating incorrect scores on the matrix at the end of the UCAT III.
