Subject: Retroactive Rate Adjustment – Revised Remit Date

Dear Providers,
We have been advised by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) that the retroactive rate adjustment (20% rate increase for approved paid claims for 1/1/2021 to 6/30/2021) that was tentatively scheduled to appear on your agencies’ February 9th remits has been postponed. While OHCA staff began entering the rate adjustments yesterday, they were not completed in time to appear on the 2/9 remits. The rate increases will instead appear on your 2/16 remits for the full timeframe of 1/1 to 6/30/21.
