Subject: Assisted Living Case Manager Training
Date: January 11, 2022
Registration is now available for Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members. Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors must successfully complete this training in order to serve an ADvantage Member choosing the Assisted Living service option. All Case Management agencies must have a certified Case Manager and a certified Case Manager Supervisor before the agency can be assigned ADvantage Assisted Living Members.
This training will be held 9:00am-4:30pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, via Zoom meeting. The number of attendees for this training is limited and will be on a first-to-register basis. Attendees are required to join by computer with stable internet access, camera, microphone, and speakers.
This training is open to all Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to attend. Case Managers should have at least 3 months experience with traditional ADvantage case management prior to taking this additional certification training.
