ADvantage Administration Unit Provider Update: Clarification of AuthentiCare Implementation for CD-PASS Service Option

To: All ADvantage Consumer Directed Agent/Case Manager Providers
Consumer-Directed Agents (CDAs) providing case management service to members receiving personal care through the CD-PASS service option are expected to begin using the AuthentiCare system once the system "goes live" for that agency.
The PSAs working for members currently on CD_PASS will not immediately be using the AuthentiCare system. for the purposes of AuthentiCare, the PSAs are considered to be "workers" under the fiscal agent, Public Partners, LLC (PPL). PPL staff are scheduled to attend AuthentiCare training on June 14th. PPL will work with OKDHS to provide information on the use of the AuthentiCare system to CD-PASS providers.
