Registration is now available for Case Managers who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members on their caseload. This training will be held on November 1, 2012. Seating is limited and registration will be taken on a first to register basis. Registration wil close on October 28, 2012.

Beginning January 1, 2013, prior to being able to carry Assisted Living Members on your caseload, you must attend and acquire Assisted Living Case Management certification provided by this training. This will be your last opportunity to attend Assisted Living Case Manager Training prior to the deadline of January 1, 2013.
