ADvantage Administration Unit Provider Update: Updates to the OK AuthentiCare System

Extension of "Go Live Date"
The AAU continues to work with First Data to assure that the AuthentiCare product is updated to reflect changes that have been suggested by Groups I and II. The timeline for developing, testing, and implementing the proposed changes is not clearly defined at this point in time. Therefore, the Group III and Group IV scheduled trainings have been postponed until further notice. Consequently, the “Go Live” dates for all Groups have also been extended until further notice.

The requested changes will enhance and strengthen the practical application of the AuthentiCare product. Additionally, new supplementary business tools will more readily enable your agency to blend the AuthentiCare product with your back-office systems.

Updated User Manual
An updated version of the OK AuthentiCare User Manual is on the OHCA website at the link below. The User Manual now explains the Dashboards and new reports that were added on April 6th.
